    FAQ

    What is a gravity-feed tray?

A gravity-feed tray is a packaging and display solution in which the products slide forward automatically due to the inclined position of the tray and the force of gravity. This ensures that they remain clearly visible and accessible even after further products have been removed.

How does the post-slip function work?

When opened at the point of sale, part of the lid swings back. This automatically tilts the tray. After each product is removed, the remaining products slide forwards under the force of gravity.

Does the Gravity-Feed Tray require springs or other mechanical parts?

No. The feed mechanism is created by the design comprising the tray and cover and requires no springs, inserts or mechanical feed systems.

Which products is the gravity-feed tray suitable for?

Among other things, the system can be developed for tins, jars, spice jars, folding cartons and other round or rectangular product packaging.

Is it possible to have more than one facing?

Yes. The principle is suitable for both individual product ranges and multi-faceted solutions.

Where can the gravity-feed tray be used?

Depending on the version, this solution is suitable for shelf displays, secondary displays and counter or bar displays.

Can the gravity-feed tray be customised?

Yes. Dimensions, the number of facings, construction, materials used, printing and design can all be tailored to the product, logistics and point-of-sale requirements.
