Manufacturing expertise you can rely on
The STI Group manufactures packaging and displays at seven specialised European sites.
Our production sites combine a range of technologies and specialisms in the manufacture of cardboard and corrugated cardboard packaging. By ensuring redundancies across our sites, we provide additional security in production and guarantee reliable delivery.
Our in-house corrugated board production, state-of-the-art in-line lamination and extensive expertise in printing, finishing and adhesive technology enable us to provide cost-effective, high-quality packaging solutions. This is complemented by certified processes and clearly defined quality and sustainability standards throughout the entire production process.

What is the difference between cardboard boxes and corrugated cardboard packaging?
Cardboard consists of several layers of paper and is frequently used for high-quality retail and promotional packaging, as well as for folding boxes. Corrugated board additionally contains one or more corrugated paper flutes embedded between liner boards. This gives it greater strength and makes it particularly suitable for transport packaging, shelf-ready packaging and larger retail packaging.
What is the minimum print run for packaging produced by the STI Group?
As our packaging is made to order, our minimum order quantity ranges from 5,000 to 50,000 units, depending on the design and finish.
Does the STI Group also offer standard packaging?
No, the STI Group’s core competence lies in the development of bespoke packaging solutions. We do not have a catalogue of packaging solutions available to order, nor do we have an online shop.
When is corrugated cardboard the best packaging material?
Corrugated cardboard is particularly suitable when high stability, protective properties or transport requirements are the main priorities. It is made from renewable raw materials, is frequently used for dispatch packaging, transport packaging, shelf-ready solutions and displays, and can be disposed of via the waste paper recycling system.
